Effective September 2009:
Our class schedule is as follows:
Classes start at their scheduled start time so please be early. You will complete a group warm-up during the class.
Monday - Friday:
5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., 9 a.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30, and 6:30 p.m.
NOTE: We will only have the 4:30 p.m. class on Wednesdays and Fridays during August, 2009.
Saturday:
8:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. Free Intro Class
Sunday:
4:00-6:00 p.m. Athlete's Choice*
*Sunday is an Open Gym with Coaching format. If you missed a WOD during the week that you really want to do, or if you have a specific skill that you are working on, you can come do the WOD or work on the skill. If you don't have anything in mind, the coaches will have a WOD ready for you to do.
